    In the air fryer! Ridiculously easy. Sprinkle some oil and stuff on the filets, toss potato chunks with oil and other stuff. Potatoes took 20-25 minutes I think? And probably 5-7m with the fish. Parchment under the fish helped fry the skin better and keep any off flavors from the rest of the machine. Also…
