Wonder what they were feeding this plant at Costco.. Chicken Bakes? I’ve never seen a tomato plant do this!

Cape tomatoes, that is. Mine never look this good, thanks to the garden-murdering-white-pines. GRrr.

The view – out my “office” window. And.. hmm.. photo was late July, and the garden is barely going anywhere. Notice the ridiculous amount of trees, too.

A rather rough looking cardinal getting a bite to eat in the front yard.. young one, I suspect!

Unfortunately for me, Japanese beetles had quite the picnic around the yard this Summer.

Tomatoes.. classic sign of summer. Unfortunately they were mostly doomed due to the pine trees which now shade the garden.
