Day 17 – Begins with a P
Something that begins with a P – the first color in the yard this spring – pansies. I don’t understand why “pansy” is used as a “weak” adjective – these things are the toughest flowers around – when it comes to frost at least.

Day 30 – Choice
Crocuses! Winter is finally taking a rest. Whew. And yeah, they are in the lawn, as well as the garden. No complaints here.

Red – some very long lasting , and once brought back from the dead, New Guinea impatiens – picked up on sale at the beginning of Summer at Ace Hardware.
