Dragonfly portraits
Despite their size and general weirdness, no one seems to object to a dragonfly. Seems there were quite a few this Summer too – but no complaints.

Day 12 – Choice – The Sneak Attack
An assassin bug moving in… Either that other bug (leaf bug?) was a tough one.. or the massive shadow from that “assassin” blew its cover. Either way, there was a short scuffle before the “assassin” just walked away.

A spider feasting on a gypsy moth caterpillar. Not a pleasant scene, but it came out well.

Finally, A Subject
Somehow the day nearly slipped away with nothing to shoot – till suddenly around sunset, this Beetlesaurus Rex appeared on the side of the house. Oh what fun..
