In the air fryer! Ridiculously easy. Sprinkle some oil and stuff on the filets, toss potato chunks with oil and other stuff. Potatoes took 20-25 minutes I think? And probably 5-7m with the fish.
Parchment under the fish helped fry the skin better and keep any off flavors from the rest of the machine. Also nice way to keep food separate. Win win win.
Easy meal, I gotta remember how quick it was.
