Took a swing at a classic last night, and there were no complaints.
Marinated with Worcestershire and rub, seared it in cast iron for a few min per side, then broiled for a few min in same pan.
Deglazed the pan with wine, melted some butter and added the drippings. The “sauce” was a unanimous favorite.
