It started with a sunset

And a really nice one, the kind where you pull the car over, jump out and take a poorly composed shot. Which, in the end wasn’t so bad.

Then later.. the NORTHERN LIGHTS. A huge solar storm brings a bucket list item to my own doorstep. No complaints.

Now, I admit none of these wild colors were really that visible.. but you knew something was going on with vertical streaks of .. something.. that were not normal. The sky had something going on – and leave it to our phones, vs eyes, to see what it was.
