One of those ‘seemed like a good idea’ some time ago.. throw salami into pan, cook and render until crispy. Takes a while but it really is delicious.
It is the preferred lunch meat of younger people now. Hard to sell a normal, cold sandwich anymore! It really is a pain when lunch is late, as this adds on another 20min.. for a small end result!
