Did I put Snake River Farms wagyu tenderloin pieces (thanks Douglas) into an air fryer? Yup. And I’d do it again!.
Spoiler alert, its not fried. Its more like.. broiled at all angles. I’ve done this a few times with steak pieces – strangely at the recommendation of one of Noah’s friends.

The magical little machine (thank you Alexis) really cooks beef beautifully. It of course is great for regular fried things like hash browns, tots, fries, and chicken tenders (home made or frozen!).. but I swear the beef thing is a revelation.
I’m going to have to figure out how to do a burger in there next. It lacks the smoke of grilling, but really gets close to flame-broiled with the way it cooks.
