I have a habit of serenading the whole neighborhood in smoke when I’m cooking. BBQ is underrated and underserved in New England, so I feel obligated to give everyone a taste.
Not of the meat, that I’m much more selective about! Especially when its a small cut. And it tastes infinitely better than it looks!
